Do
you love Moonlight and want to see it return for a second season? Here
is your chance to participate in an effort to get the attention of the
powers that be” at CBS and potentially make a big difference for the
one show we have all come to know and love.
Announcing Operation: Renew Moonlight!
Starting
today, April 1 – and no, this is NOT an April Fool’s joke! – a special
campaign will begin. In a united effort by the folks behind
Moonlight-Detective.com, MoonlightLine.com and MoonlightFans.com, we
are asking all Moonlight fans to get involved in our “Operation: Renew
Moonlight” Campaign.
Your mission – and we know you will accept
it – is to go to your local grocery store, purchase cloves of garlic
and small zip lock bags. Then go to your local post office, Staples or
Office Depot and purchase small padded envelopes (preferably 5 x 7 in
size). As you can surmise, we want you to put a clove of garlic inside
a plastic bag then put the plastic bag into a padded envelope.
Simply
print the Campaign Form and write your own brief message in the space
provided, making sure you ask Ms. Tassler (politely, please!) for a
second season of Moonlight. Sign your name and where you live. Place
the letter inside your package and mail it to:
Nina Tassler President, CBS Entertainment 4024 Radford Avenue Studio City, CA 91604
This
special campaign will run throughout April, leading up to the return of
the next new episode on April 25. Like many campaigns before, we want
to blanket Ms. Tassler’s office so she is fully aware of how passionate
the Moonlight fans are and how much we want a second season. Please
remember to be polite with your messages (being snarky will NOT get our
campaign anywhere and will shine a negative light on something that is
meant to be positive) and, again, send the package to Ms. Tassler ONLY.
You
can also help spread the word about our campaign by using the graphics
we’ve created especially for Operation: Renew Moonlight.
The
core team leaders from Moonlight-Detective.com, MoonlightLine.com and
MoonlightFans.com will be announcing other initiatives over the next
few weeks, and we welcome members from all three sites to visit
Moonlight-United.com for all the pertinent details on this campaign and
more to come. This site will act as an information-only, centralized
place for all efforts by the united forces of the 3 forums. Any and all
questions, suggestions, thoughts or comments can be made at each of the
sites.
Please know that this unified effort will not be
short-lived, as we plan to utilize this centralized location for
further campaigns when, TPTB-willing, Moonlight returns for a second
season. We encourage you to bookmark Moonlight-United.com and/or
subscribe to the RSS feed for updates.
It’s gonna be one hell of
a ride and we can’t wait to take it with you! Get out there and make
your purchases, print out those letters and make your voices heard by
Nina Tassler.

While The Price Is Right is running on Friday nights, the plan is to go to http://www.cbs.com and to all watch the same episode of Moonlight with the intention of
sending CBS a message. We do know that they pay attention to what we're
watching on CBS.com, so it should be obvious that we're not watching
the available "current" programming. Yes, this may crash their
streaming vid server, but they're still going to know which streaming
vid made it all come crashing down.
Please spread this around to
all the other Moonlight sites you can possibly think of during the next
week. Let them know that this is a concerted effort and that we need to
come together to make this all happen.
If they want to coordinate anything, let them know they can contact me at leeser@moonlightline.com. It's time to throw away any nastiness we may have toward any other Moonlight site, because we're all in this together.
In vampire solidarity,
+++ I know there are some of you out there that watch Moonlight on Friday nights/ We are all watching Fever Friday night on cbs.com streaming media and turning our television of in effort to show that we want a second season for Moonlight.. Please if you love the show as much as me you will help support the cause... we will being doing this between 8-10 just follow your own time zone...

SONNET LVL
Sweet love, renew thy force; be it not said Thy edge should blunter be than appetite, Which but to-day by feeding is allay'd, To-morrow sharpen'd in his former might: So, love, be thou; although to-day thou fill Thy hungry eyes, even till they wink with fulness, To-morrrow see again, and do not kill The spirit of love with a perpetual dulness. Let this sad interim like the ocean be Which parts the shore, where two contracted new Come daily to the banks, that, when they see Return of love, more bless'd may be the view; Or call it winter, which, being full of care, Makes summer's welcome thrice more wish'd, more rare.
1. Thou shall not worry, for worry is the most unproductive of all human activities.
2. Thou shall not be fearful, for most of the things we fear never come to pass.
3. Thou shall not cross bridges before you come to them, for no one yet has succeeded in accomplishing this.
4. Thou shall face each problem as it comes. You can only handle one at a time anyway.
5. Thou shall not take problems to bed with you, for they make very poor bedfellows.
6. Thou shall not borrow other people's problems. They can better care for them than you can.
7.
Thou shall not try to relive yesterday for good or ill, it is forever
gone. Concentrate on what is happening in your life and be happy now!
8.
Thou shall be a good listener, for only when you listen do you hear
ideas different from your own. It is hard to learn something new when
you are talking, and some people do know more than you do.
9.
Thou shall not become "bogged down" by frustration, for 90% of it is
rooted in self-pity and will only interfere with positive action.
10. Thou shall count thy blessings, never overlooking the small ones, for a lot of small blessings add up to a big one
